Belinda Ballah, Hood River County Prevention director, was honored during the Sept. 11 Hood River County School District board meeting. HRCSD Human Resources Director Gus Hedberg recognized Ballah, who will retire Oct. 1, for her 12 years of service, as well as the department as a whole.
