HRV boys lax improve to 7-1

Hood River Valley’s boys lacrosse team is off to its best start in years, improving to 7-1 this season with three more wins last week.

One of the wins for the Eagles was a 13-8 victory over Lincoln on April 11 when HRV opened Columbia Conference play. Hood River added victories April 9 over winless Tigard by a 15-2 count, and 13-3 victory over West Salem. Hood River (7-1 overall, 1-0) was scheduled to play April 16 at Central Catholic and April 19 at home against Grant — both conference opponents.
