Experience the passion of the world’s leading mushroom photographer, when Columbia Center for the Arts presents Taylor Lockwood and Spirit of the Forest on Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m.
Travel with Taylor across the globe to hunt and find the most beautiful bioluminescent mushrooms in countries such as Brazil, China, Madagascar, New Zealand, Australia, and America.
Taylor’s thirty year career in mushroom photography has given him stories from most parts of the globe and some of the most alluring images of mushrooms ever taken. Lockwood’s mushroom photos have been featured in 2014 May issue of National Geographic Magazine, the New York Times and Mother Earth News among others.
He has published two books, numerous calendars and DVDs showcasing the magnificent bioluminescent mushroom.
Tickets are just $5 and are available at Columbia Center for the Arts in advance and at the door. Columbia Center for the Arts is located at 215 Cascade Ave. in Hood River.
