As a follow-up to the forum held last May, Skamania County Sheriff Dave Brown will be hosting another evening forum that focuses on the “Principles of Liberty.”
The sheriff has invited two guest presenters for this one hour forum on Thursday, Sept. 26.
Washington State Representative David Taylor from the 15th legislative district and Representative Matt Shea from the 4th legislative district will be speaking on the subject of "Less Government, Lower Taxes and More Freedom - the Freedom Agenda and 2014 Legislative Session."
The forum will be held at the Rock Creek Center auditorium in Stevenson. The forum will begin at 6 p.m.
“I am hopeful this forum will provide another opportunity for attendees to reacquaint themselves with our founding principles and instill a passion for protecting the individual liberties afforded to the American citizen,” said Sheriff Brown.
The forum is open to all persons and there is no cost to attend.
