The Stevenson Community Library and Friends of the Stevenson/North Bonneville Libraries present the 37th annual Artists of the Gorge Exhibit opening reception on Saturday, Oct. 1.
The exhibit will open to the public at 6:30 p.m. in the gallery of the Stevenson Community Library. The reception includes a silent auction to benefit the Friends of the Library, live entertainment provided by Bill Shelton and Julie Mayfield, light refreshments and wine and beer for sale by the Friends of the Library.
At 7 p.m., juror Sally Bills Bailey will announce the first, second and third place artists and honorable mentions.
Meet the artists and view the exhibition of art, mingle with other art enthusiasts from up and down the Gorge, bid on auction items, enjoy good food and the wonderful bluegrass and folk sounds from BJ509.
This exhibit is on display Oct. 1 through Oct. 29 at the Stevenson Community Library, 120 NW Vancouver Ave., Stevenson. For more information, please call Tina Smith or Marshall Shapiro at 509-427-5471.
