TCC, one of the nation’s largest Verizon authorized retailers, and Wireless Zone, the nation’s largest Verizon franchisor, recently conducted their Rock the Pantry initiative, where the organizations collected non-perishable items to donate to local food pantries. Subsidiaries of Round Room, LLC, TCC and participating Wireless Zone stores collected canned food and other items of need throughout November to give back to their communities this holiday season.
TCC employees also participated in large volunteer events at local food pantries in over 24 locations across the country. TCC is committed to strengthening its local communities through year-round events, each benefiting a different group in need.
“The decision to hold Rock the Pantry as a new community event this year came from the passion of our employees,” said Scott Moorehead, CEO of Round Room. “As a company, we want to engage in philanthropic efforts that our team members feel connected to, and it’s become clear this year that food insecurity is one of the most important causes to our people. We’re proud to have been able to make an impact not only for our communities but for our employees.”

Wireless Zone’s nonprofit organization, Wireless Zone Gives, has provided more than $1.1 million in nonprofit grants since 2022.
