Tygh Valley chiropractor indicted on two counts of Sex Abuse I

Wasco County District Attorney Matthew Ellis said in a Feb. 2 statement that the two middle school-aged victims saw Houck in his capacity as a chiropractor. The incidents occurred roughly a year apart. There may be other victims, he said.
