HOOD RIVER — Join the Gorge Chapter Ducks Unlimited for the 38th annual fundraising banquet, held at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn Feb. 22.   "This charitable event raises money for wetlands conservation and restoration and is a great time for folks to get together for a fun-filled evening," said a Ducks Unlimited press release. "We appreciate the numerous local businesses that have generously donated to make this event truly special."
