The Wasco County Sheriff's Office received a report of a missing man overdue from a hiking trip on Monday. The man is identified as Garren Kirk of Milwaukie. Kirk went camping near Frog Lake in Wasco County, and his vehicle was located by search and rescue groups. Kirk is believed to be equipped for the weather.
