The Lyle Pretenders will present their fall production of "The Medieval Murders," on Friday and Saturday nights, Nov. 16 and 17 and Nov 30 and Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Columbia Grange Hall in Lyle.
This is an audience participation murder mystery, that must be solved by the audience members. Guests will feast with the queen and king, while the serving wenches cater to the guests every whim -- but beware, an unruly guest may be whisked off to the stocks.
Costumes are optional, but there will be great gifts for best costumes, best crime solver, and other miscellaneous categories.
Cast members include Louise Gruver, Philip Haner, Glenn Wood, Scottie Connelly, Dee Williams, Dave Elkins, Tim and Susan Darland, Greer Curry, Britt Becker, Lori Smith, Claire Gay and Jennifer Machado. The production is directed by Gail Farris.
Tickets are $20 and include a medieval style chicken dinner.
Tickets can be purchased at Klindt's Bookstore in The Dalles and at the Lyle Country Cafe. Seating is limited for the four nights.
The Medieval Murders is presented through special arrangement with Samuel French Productions.
