Harleys, classic cars roll into Stevenson for Street Thunder

Street Thunder will be at Port of Skamania's Waterfront Park on Saturday, Sept. 18. All events take place on the lawn in waterfront park.

It entails separate events -- a Harley-Davidson Ride-In bike show, classic car and truck Show n' Shine, and a blues concert.

Registration for the bike show and the classic show is from 9 to 11 a.m. in the park. Registration fee for both shows is $20.

An award ceremony is at 5 p.m. A parade immediately follows the awards.

Harley activities, a beer garden and related vendors are on the left side of the park. The classic auto show, another beer garden, food vendors and local artists fill the center park.

The Sternwheeler Columbia Gorge stops at 1 p.m. for boarding. There is no preregistration required for the excursion cruise.

National blues entertainer Curtis Salgado is the headliner entertainment. This free on stage concert begins at 3 p.m. Hot Rats entertain at 1 p.m.
