Traffic delays can be expected every Monday through Friday on the Hood River Interstate Toll Bridge now that the major redecking project is under way, according to the Port of Hood River.

Weekday work begins at 7:30 a.m. each day and will continue until 4:30 p.m. Motorists can expect interruptions of up to 20 minutes during these times. These delays will occur throughout the redecking project, which is scheduled for the next the next 18 months. This is the bridge's first redecking since 1952.
