It's time to set those clocks back once again.

Oct. 31 signifies the end of Daylight Savings Time. At 2 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31 -- which happens to be Halloween this year -- everyone who wants to be on time for their Monday meetings needs to move their clocks back one hour, from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m., as we officially make the transition out of Daylight Savings Time and return to Pacific Standard Time.
