The ninth annual Madrigal Feast -- a romp through the Renaissance featuring music, mayhem and a majestic holiday buffet -- will be held at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson on Dec. 19 at 5:30 p.m.

This year, Princess Matona of France (who is betrothed to the Good Knight Bon Soir) suffers a bump on the noggin, which causes her to forget who she is and everything else in life. She leaves her wealthy family and goes off on a trek to win back the lands of England for the French King.
