Last Week: The Dalles volleyball went 1-1 last week and the team also played in a tough 6A tournament in Lakeridge and saw lots of good competition. Seibel went nearly error-free in last week’s matches.

On the week, she had 17 kills with only 2 errors on 35 total swings for a hitting percentage of .429.

Seibel also added on six digs, two blocks and two assists.

Coach Fanene: “Kayla has been a very consistent player for our team. She understands her role on the court and does an exceptional job at executing the game plan in each match,” Fanene said. “Last week, she performed at her career best. At our tournament this weekend, her hitting stats were near perfect! With a total of 21 swings, she did not have one single error and added on 8 kills. Kayla does a great job in the classroom and is an exemplary student-athlete.”
