Accidents
Oregon State Police
September 12, 4:46 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, Highway 97 northbound, milepost 10. One driver was taken to the hospital for serious injuries sustained during the crash and later life flighted to Portland. A report was taken.
September 12, 8:18 p.m. – Single vehicle versus wildlife, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 102. Driver struck a deer head-on disabling the vehicle, the deer was removed from the road and the vehicle was towed.
Fire
Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue
September 13, 2:23 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 300 block of West 20th Street on a report of a grass fire. Upon arrival some hedge bushes were observed on fire with a property owner attempting to extinguish the fire with a garden hose. The fire was knocked down and mopped up. The property owner was using a weed burner to clean up around the area which caused the fire. He was counseled on the burning regulations.
September 15, 4:31 p.m. – Personnel responded to Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 76 on a report of smoke. A caller reported seeing a large of amount of smoke in the bushes in the area. Crews drove through the area and did not find any sign of smoke or fire. No problem was found.
Personnel also responded to 11 calls for emergency medical services on Friday, seven on Saturday, three on Sunday and five on Monday.

Marianne Teresa Prettyman, 28, Gresham, was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 1300 block of West 6th Street on a Klickitat County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.
Zachary Nathaniel Flock, 18, 1503 East 9th St., was arrested Friday evening at the hospital and is accused of interference with a police officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, and third-degree criminal mischief.
Justin Lee Sutterlict, 29, Spokane, Wash., was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop at West 2nd and Pentland streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
A found property report was taken Saturday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a caller reported finding a bicycle on his property. The bike was collected and taken to impound.
A theft report was taken Saturday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported his pickup was rummaged through overnight and items were taken.
Cody Wayne Mauser, 30, 724 East 14th St., was arrested Saturday evening in the 1100 block of West 6th Street on a Klickitat County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.
A criminal trespass report was taken Sunday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a caller advised he returned home from a trip and there were people squatting on his property. The incident is under investigation.
A theft report was taken Sunday morning from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported his backpack was stolen from his cart while shopping.
A runaway report was taken Sunday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department.
Rocky Eric Spino, 25, 604 East 14th St., was arrested Sunday evening near the In-Lieu site and is accused of probation violation.
Leticia Carina Herrera, 20, 2115 West 10th St., was arrested Sunday evening at West 10th and Chenowith Loop streets and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.
A theft report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a motor was stolen from her boat.
A telephonic harassment report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a female subject will not stop texting her. The incident is under investigation.
An identity theft report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed from the department after a victim reported someone opened up several accounts in his name. The incident is under investigation.
A theft report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed from the department after a victim reported his wallet was stolen out of his unlocked vehicle overnight.
An informational report was taken Monday morning from a location undisclosed from the department after an employee was reading a meter at a residence and the resident came out yelling and screaming at him and threatened his life. The incident is under investigation.
A burglary report was taken Monday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her apartment was broken into.
A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported some items were taken from his vehicle within the last week.
Kenneth Ray Smith, 32, 1506 East 9th St., was arrested Monday evening in his home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.
Dacia Lynn Magill, 26, 2700 West 7th St. No. 7, was arrested early Tuesday morning in a location undisclosed by the department and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Quenton Sans Wallace, 43, Goldendale, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled substance. He was also arrested on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Wasco County
An assault report was taken Friday afternoon in Maupin after staff reported a resident physically attacked a staff member. The incident is under investigation.
A second-degree theft report was taken Friday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported some items were missing from her apartment.
A hit and run report was taken Saturday morning from Celilo Park after a victim reported his vehicle was struck earlier in the day.
A burglary report was taken Saturday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her home was entered earlier in the week. The incident is under investigation.
An agency assist report was taken Saturday evening from the hospital after assisting city police with arresting a subject on Friday.
Joshua Alan Miller, 20, 1422 East 12th St., was arrested Saturday evening at West 7th and Richland streets and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief.
An assault report was taken Sunday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported that her boyfriend pushed her causing scratches and other minor injuries. The incident is under investigation.

Willa Jean Cloud, 53, Lyle, was arrested Friday afternoon while fishing near Memaloose Island on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. Duane Nicholas Strong, 22, Lyle, was also arrested on a municipal court warrant for failure to appear.
A male passenger was cited and released for throwing burning materials during a traffic stop Friday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 87.
Alejandro Jacuinde Reyes, 36, Prineville, was arrested Saturday evening at Heritage Landing on a Klamath County warrant for failure to appear. He is also accused of being a fugitive of ICE.
Thomas Natus Ball, 19, Portland, was arrested early Tuesday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 near milepost 84 on a Washington County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
Sherman County
Sheri Elaine Boehm, 49, no listed address, was arrested Friday afternoon at the Sherman County courthouse and is accused of violation of a release agreement.
Robert Calvin Harmon, 54, Wasco, was arrested Saturday morning in his home and is accused of fourth-degree assault.
Gilliam County
Clarisa L. Dupree, 18, Arlington, was arrested early Monday morning at the Gilliam County sheriff’s office and is accused of unlawful delivery of marijuana.
Regional Jail
Jeffery Paul Keimig, 62, Eugene, was jailed Friday on a Sherman County court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Sammi Jolene Wilde, 40, 1403 Lambert St., was jailed Friday on a circuit court commitment for attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving.
Nathan K. Luce, 32, Shelley, Idaho, was jailed Saturday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Cody Lee Hoover, 23, 4555 Orchard Rd., was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
Lisa Marie Riley, 29, Dufur, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for probation violation.
Judd Everett Wood, 36, Plains, Mont., was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for unlawful possession of a firearm.

Kathy Jo Collins, 30, 4109 Chenowith Rd. Unit D27, was arrested Monday afternoon in the community corrections office on a Multnomah County warrant for probation violation.
