Identification has been made in the case of a woman’s body found Nov. 26 near The Dalles Dam, but difficulty locating next of kin is delaying release of the name, according to Wasco County Chief Dep. Lane Magill.

Conclusions of an autopsy conducted Nov. 27 indicate the cause of death was drowning with no suspicious circumstances identified at this time.
