PORTLAND— Sport Oregon announced the 2025 class of inductees into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame. The class will be honored at the Oregon Sports Awards on Thursday, Nov. 6, at the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in Beaverton. This year’s Hall of Fame class includes Olympic distance runner Galen Rupp, Paralympic wheelchair basketball medalist Susie Grimes, three-time NCAA basketball champion Laurie Milligan, the 2015 MLS Cup champion Portland Timbers, and longtime Oregon Ducks broadcaster Jerry Allen, recipient of the Bill Schonely Lifetime Achievement Award.
The ceremony will also spotlight the state’s top athletes and coaches from the past year, including high school honorees Jazzy Davidson (Clackamas) and Josiah Tostenson (Crater), collegiate winners Abi Stevens (Southern Oregon), Ezra Billings (Lewis & Clark), Jade Carey (Oregon State), and Dillon Gabriel (Oregon), as well as professional standouts Sabrina Ionescu (New York Liberty) and Steven Kwan (Cleveland Guardians).
Oregon head coaches Melyssa Lombardi (softball) and Dan Lanning (football) will be recognized as Sportswoman and Sportsman of the Year.
