Michael Dudley, age 19, was arrested on a first-degree murder charge after his stepfather, Howard Schofield IV, 47, was fatally shot Sept. 18 in New Plymouth, according to the Payette County Sheriff’s Office.

A Payette County grand jury has indicted former Payette resident Andrea Shaw, 23, on two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of her 18-month-old twins. Shaw was arrested June 30 in Boise without incident and is awaiting extradition to Payette County, where she will be arraigned.
