HOOD RIVER — The Ruins will host two jazz bands in one evening on Wednesday, Aug. 27 at 6:30 p.m.: the Jazz Collective Big Band from Hood River and Portland’s acclaimed NoPo Big Band, for “a spectacular night of swing under the stars.”
