The Hood River Valley Swim Team continued their championship meet swimming success with a strong showing at the Oregon Swimming Arena Short Course 11-14 Swimming Championships in Corvallis at the Osborne Aquatic Center last weekend.

The Hood River Valley Swim Team sent 10 swimmers to the Arena 11 and Over Oregon Swimming Championships at Mt. Hood Community College July 27-30.

The Hood River Valley Swim Team Osprey have started off their summer season with a bang.

Last weekend, the Hood River Valley Swim Team Osprey swam in Astoria at the Fall Chinook Open. The team had eight individuals who won at least one event. The following are the tops swims for the Osprey — all distances are in yards.

The Hood River Valley Swim Team hosted their home Secure Storage Spring Sprinter swim meet on Saturday May 7. Fifty-five Osprey swimmers competed with 200 swimmers from around the state at the meet.
