To the editor:

The day is coming in November when you can reject the current administration’s plan for the City of The Dalles. I feel rejection to the point of having a new group of leaders look at current plans and give a new take on whether this is a direction we should be going. As I have noted in past letters to the editor, I feel urban renewal, Google tax breaks, water and sewer rates, and proposed capital projects are not in the best interest of the citizens of this community. The current leadership ignores the daily needs of its citizens as it merrily goes down the path of doing what it wants.
