THE GORGE — Local ballots for the Nov. 5 General Election were mailed to voters in both Oregon and Washington last week. In this issue, Columbia Gorge News continues publication of responses to the Q&As sent to candidates in all contested races in Hood River, Wasco, Klickitat and Skamania counties.
