The Army Corps of Engineers, Portland district, will close the navigational locks on three dams on the Columbia River March 9-22 for annual maintenance: Bonneville (Columbia River mile 146.1) March 9-22; The Dalles (Columbia River mile 191.5); and John Day (Columbia River Mile 215.6).
