Miami came into 2026 in unusually strong shape: through April, the market led all top-25 U.S. hotel markets in occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per available room. Miami’s seven World Cup games raised the stakes in June and July, as an estimated 500,000 people came to The Magic City to witness the matches in person. Now that the soccer players have scored their last goals, Miami’s hotels count on wellness to end the summer strong.
