HOOD RIVER — Waucoma Bookstore is hosting bestselling author Amy Mason Doan for a book signing event on Friday, June 6 from 5-7 p.m. at the bookstore, 212 Oak St.

Mason Doan will be signing her new novel, “The California Dreamers.” Set against the backdrop of 1980s California surf culture, “California Dreamers” is a sun-drenched, emotionally rich tale of family, memory, and the lasting power of storytelling, said a press release.
