The Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation celebrated its ground breaking Oct. 27 for Heritage Heights Apartments. This will be a 24 unit complex located at 1324 W. 10th St. in The Dalles.

Heritage Heights will demonstrate CCHC’s commitment to sustainability and healthy homes for tenants. The project will seek LEED for Homes Platinum level certification, and property management will have “green” credentials and provide tenant education about their new units and energy saving features and suggestions.
