Kids and families, lounging on blankets and lawn chairs, persevered under a thin layer of wildfire smoke Thursday night for the 42nd annual Families in the Park free community concert series. The shows run from 7-9 p.m. each Thursday in August, managed by the Hood River Lions Club. Food carts are available on site.
