UPDATE (3:25 p.m.) - According to Hood River Firefighters Local 3256: Fire crews in the area have made good progress on the fire and therefore the area west of 30th St. North of May St. east side of Frankton Road south of Wine Country has been downgraded from a Level 2 to a Level 1- BE READY to evacuate.

HOOD RIVER — A wildland fire has been reported near Wine Country and Mt. Adams roads near Stonehedge Garden Restaurant. The fire is reported to be one acre in size as of 1:34 p.m. July 11.
