Market Conditions: Real market values were a mix of slower corrections as the large increases of past years have curtailed. Some neighborhoods in the more southern parts of the county are still increasing to catch up. Commercial properties were re-energized with an increasing market value as of Jan. 1, 2025.
Assessed values will increase the annual 3% if no other changes were made to the property. If major changes such as an addition, major remodel or new construction occurred an increase of more than 3% may result according to Measure 50.
