HOOD RIVER — Lindsay Powell from Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife will talk about Hood River salmon and steelhead populations, including results from last summer on juvenile steelhead in the East Fork Hood River, the number of juvenile Hood River steelhead migrating to the ocean, and numbers of spring Chinook adults in the West Fork Hood River. This information will help evaluate long-term effects of habitat restoration and water conservation in the watershed.
