HOOD RIVER — The Hood River County Education Foundation has a major fundraising event on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. entitled “Reach for Excellence at the Ruins.” The event starts at 6 p.m. with County Line taking the stage. At 7:30 p.m. Gorge favorite Hit Machine takes over.

UNDERWOOOD — AniChe Cellars has introduced a new twist to the annual fundraiser that supports the Washington Gorge Action Programs (WAGAP) Food Bank Network. This year, instead of one larger concert, the winery is holding two more intimate events on its grounds in Underwood.
