THE GORGE — Columbia Gorge CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) will host a Fall Family Run on Oct. 5 beginning at 9 a.m. at Viento State Parks. This engaging and family-friendly event aims to support Columbia Gorge CASA’s mission of advocating for children and youth who have experienced abuse and neglect. Participants of all ages are encouraged to join in for a morning of fun and wellness, while supporting to a crucial cause.
Registration is free for participants under the age of 18. Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners in the 5K race.
"We’re excited to host this event and bring together families from across our community," said Christopher Janetzko, Executive Director of Columbia Gorge CASA. "The Fall Family Run is about more than just running; it’s an opportunity for everyone to come together, have fun, and support a cause that truly makes a difference. We welcome participants of all fitness levels to join us in this meaningful event."
