THE DALLES — Next year’s Cherry Festival theme will be “Cherryland,” inspired by the game “Candyland.” The festival will take place a week later than usual, to avoid the rush of Easter weekend. “Cherryland will turn our downtown into a magical wonderland. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating with creativity, fun, and community spirit,” read a press release from The Dalles Chamber of Commerce.
