Hood River Community Education and Columbia Center for the Arts are teaming up to offer an Improv and Physical Theatre Workshop.
This fun and imaginative workshop taught by Althea Hukari and local Improv Troupe Perpetual Commotions Jeanette Burkhardt and Peter Tappert will be held Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a break for lunch and dinner.
The workshop will be held at the Columbia Center for the Arts, 215 Cascade Avenue, downtown Hood River. The workshop was previously scheduled Oct. 22.
Free your body and your mind will follow. Learn basic improvisational theater skills and open scene framework. Emphasis will be on physical theatricality. Participation is inevitable. No experience is required.
The Class culminates in a free open showing of student work at 6 p.m.
Workshop fee is $50.
