Expecting couples in Washington can now be under the careful watch of an OB-GYN and give birth at Skyline's new Birthing Center.

Dr. George Bailey (OB-GYN) from All Women's Health in Hood River now holds weekly clinics in White Salmon. In addition, Dr. Charles Chambers, and Dr. Laurel Robinson have access to Skyline for their Washington patients.

"As Skyline has grown, their needs for board certified OB-GYNs have increased as have our needs for additional birthing rooms," says Dr. Bailey of All Women's Health. "With their new Birthing Center, it just seemed like a good time to open a clinic on the north side of the river to better serve the growing needs of the community."

Podiatry

Residents with foot and ankle issues can now request to have their appointments at Skyline, instead of venturing across the bridge. Dr.Stacy Atherton and her partner in podiatry Dr. Neil Washington from Hood River's Foot and Ankle Clinic serve White Salmon on the second Tuesday of every month.

"It's really all about convenient patient care," explains Marisa Santacroce, Dr. Atherton's medical assistant. "We had our first day at Skyline a few weeks back and now our November appointments are already filled."

All the treatments and surgeries they perform in Hood River, they can now do in White Salmon too. Their surgical interests include foot and ankle fractures, arthroscopy, and sports injuries.

Orthopedics

For Washingtonians needing sports related orthopedic attention, Dr. Gregory Stanley and Dr. Charles Petit (Cascade Orthopedics in The Dalles) hold a clinic in White Salmon every Friday for evaluations, treatments, and surgeries.

Dr. Stanley is a sports medicine fellowship-trained surgeon who provides services in all things sports related.
