Make a date with a clown Sunday, March 25, at the Lyle United Methodist Church at 10 a.m. and she will dust your burdens off your shoulders. "OOCHEE" from Yakima is bringing her clown ministry to Lyle for that day. There will be a potluck dinner after the service and every one is invited.
The Community Council meeting is Monday, March 26, at 7 p.m. at the Lions Club. Please put this meeting on your calendar. The council needs input from the community for future projects. It will be finalizing community clean up days and the 13+ mile yard sale.
Peter Pan and Tinker Bell entertained about 25 youth and their parents last Friday night. They brought the house down with laughter and oohs and awes. The date for the next movie hasn't been set but we hope to be showing the new "Charlotte's Web."
