Local band raises money for Red Cross

Keegan Matosich, composer and lead singer, expressed it this way. "It tells the story about what happened. I felt the need to write about how people were feeling about the event."

The band released "Someday" as a single CD and sold copies at their school. They are giving the proceeds to charity.

"So far we have raised over $500," said Matosich. "We are donating it to the Red Cross because the Red Cross funds go directly to the victims in New York."

All four Cerulean Blue band members attend Columbia High. The band consists of Matosich on lead guitar, Chad Hinman on percussion, Evan Larsell on rhythm guitar and Reed Harvey on bass.
