Help kids grow, attend fair

Join over 20 organizations for a day of education, entertainment, fun, activities and give-a-ways for children and their families.

There will also be a book fair, healthy snacks, free gun locks, car seat safety inspections, face painting, fire safety, an electrical display, water safety and much more.

Familiar favorites include food prepared by Skyline Foundation, visits by Vince and Larry the Crash Dummies, Sparky the Fire Dog, and other "celebrities" for kids to meet.

New this year, the Bingen Post Office and Henkle PTO will provide postcards and stationery to write a message that will be mailed from the fair with a special "HUGS" postmark.

Admission to the event is free.

Sponsors include Washington State University Extension 4-H, White Salmon Schools, Skyline Hospital, Department of Social and Health Services, ESD 112, Mid-Columbia Children's Council, Programs for Peaceful Living, and White Salmon Community Library.
