Submitted photoSamantha Schend, of Hood River, and David Volkov, of Keizer, Ore., are happy to announce their engagement. They will be married Sept. 12, 2015, at Gorge Crest Vineyards in Underwood, Wash.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike and Patty Schend of Hood River. She is a 2005 graduate of Hood River Valley High School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University. She is currently the Western Regional Supervisor for Inmar.
The groom-to-be is son of Morris and Fenya Volkov of Keizer. He is a 1996 graduate of McNary High School and 2005 graduate of Loma Linda Medical School. He is currently an anesthesiologist for Oregon Anesthesia Group.
The couple currently resides in Portland.
