Louis Wayne Herzberg passed away April 4, 2017, at his residence in Hood River, Ore. Louis was born Aug. 17, 1954, and was 62 years of age at the time of his passing. Graveside rites with military honors are planned for 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 5 at the White Salmon Cemetery. Sami Jo Neil of Hood River, Ore., passed away April 13, 2017, at Parkhurst Place. Sami Jo was born Aug. 8, 1945. She was 71 years of age at the time of her passing.
