Accidents
August 20, 3:13 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, West 6th and Hostetler streets. Driver of one vehicle rear-ended a vehicle waiting to turn south on Hostetler Way. One driver was taken to the hospital for injuries sustained during the crash. A report was taken.
Fire
Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue
August 20, 2:09 p.m. – Personnel responded to Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 82 on a report of a grass fire. The fire was knocked down and mopped up. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
Personnel also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City
A harassment report was taken Wednesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a male suspect poured gasoline on him and threated to light him on fire. The incident is under investigation.
A theft report was taken Wednesday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported someone stole her God son’s dirt bike overnight.
Wasco County
Sea Minetta Crews, 32, Maupin, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of contempt of court.

Nicole Renee Pando, 29, Milwaukie, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation
Conan Stefano Iaulualo, 26, 3640 W. 13th St. Unit E-6, was jailed Wednesday after turning himself in on a circuit court warrant for parole violation.
Joe Luis Parras, 31, Ontario, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.
Tabita Diana Costea, 25, Portland, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.
Weston Ray Tappendorf, 27, no listed address, was jailed Wednesday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants and second-degree theft.
Orlando Bartholomew Tewee, 25, Madras, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Billie Leon Pendergrass, 60, 1726 East 10th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of parole violation.
