EUGENE (AP) — Oregon’s newest federal judge was officially installed in a ceremony Monday at the Courthouse in Eugene. Michael McShane was appointed by President Barack Obama and confirmed last year by the Senate. He was previously a judge for Multnomah County Circuit Court.
