In order to help meet the need, The Next Door, Inc. (TNDI) is co-hosting a foster parent information session with Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI, headquartered in The Dalles), on Monday, Nov. 19 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at its office, located at 965 Tucker Road, Hood River.
The Next Door’s foster parent recruiter will host “Make a Difference, Become a Foster Parent” on Monday, Nov. 21 from noon to 1 p.m. at Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue, 1400 W. Eighth, The Dalles.
Amy Lindley, The Next Door’s foster parent recruiter, will host an informational open house on Monday, July 25 from noon to 1 p.m. at Mid-Columbia Fire and Rescue, 1400 W. 8th in The Dalles. Lunch will be provided and registration is appreciated.
On May 10, The Next Door honored foster parents for their commitment to providing safe places for youth to live while in the Treatment Services Program.
