Hood River Valley’s girls tennis team was a perfect 8-for-8 in first round matches of last week’s Northwest Oregon Conference district tournament, but none of the four singles nor four doubles teams advanced past the quarterfinals.

HRV finished second in the conference dual-match season and was second in the district tournament.
