Eagle boys complete regular season this week

The Eagles completed last week with losses against Central Catholic, 12-6, and Grant High, 7-4. HRV is 1-11 overall and 1-7 in the Columbia Conference.

Despite its win-loss record, HRV finished last week ranked 22nd in Oregon. That is largely because of the Eagles’ strength of schedule.

The state’s top 24 teams qualify for the Championship Bracket playoffs. The next 16 teams — after the 24 are selected for the Championship Bracket — qualify for the 16-team Cascade Cup. The playoffs begin the week of May 18. There are 42 teams in the Oregon High School Lacrosse Association’s eight conferences.
