Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District is partnering with The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce, Opportunity Connections, The Dalles Art Center and Farmers Market to host the third annual Art in the Park Festival at City Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The festival features local artists, craft vendors, live music, food vendors and an art gallery.
