WHITE SALMON — Beginning in March 2026, the City of White Salmon will start the next phase of its Transmission Main Replacement Project, which is expected to cause traffic delays. 

This project will replace a portion of the city’s existing 14-inch water transmission main with a new 20-inch transmission main. An open house outlining the project's schedule, construction staging, traffic control, and what property owners and travelers should expect during construction is slated for Feb. 24 from 4-7 p.m. at White Salmon's Fire Hall.
