Smoke and flames visible near the Rock Creek overpass and the local school has been evacuated. Mosier School has been evacuated and students taken to the Wahtonka campus in The Dalles. No reports of injuries at this time. TRAIN DERAILMENT UPDATE: ODOT is closing down Interstate 84 eastbound starting at Exit 64. Westbound lanes are shut down starting at Exit 87.
