Young hired by city of Fairview

Nearly eight months after former City Administrator Samantha Nelson submitted her resignation to the city of Fairview, a permanent replacement has been announced. Nolan Young of The Dalles will take on the post as of Jan. 25.

Utilizing Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments as headhunter, Young was selected from an application pool of 33, and joined the short list of seven candidates for an interview by the city council.
